2. Asset Records Scanner 26.1.6 Released Items: This section describes the feature functionality that is to be delivered in the release.

Technical - New Feature

  • IF-1691
The duplicate button now preserves the original order of images when duplicating them in a batch. This ensures the resulting set of images matches the sequence of the source batch.
  • IF-1693
CSOC auditing has been enhanced with expanded audit logging capabilities for EK. These enhancements provide more detailed visibility into system events for security and compliance monitoring.

Maintenance - Bug Fix

  • IF-1231
The batch print function now correctly prints all scanned pages instead of only the first page and no longer produces error images in place of content. The PDF output also preserves the selected page order, so pages are rendered from first to last as chosen by the user.

Maintenance - Feature Enhancement

  • IF-1671
The "Show Only My Items" selection in the Batch Monitoring table is now remembered as users navigate across pages such as New Batch, Configuration, and Open Batch. The preference also persists across sessions, so the last chosen value is retained when users return to the system.
  • IF-1661
ARC and related Asset Records modules now use SAS tokens when interacting with the Document Service, enabling direct Azure Storage uploads and downloads. This improves upload performance, reduces upload issues, and leverages secure, time-bound access to storage resources.
  • IF-1440
Audit trail logging has been expanded to capture additional user actions, including Save and Close and Save Changes, with clearer messages that distinguish between these operations. This ensures user intent is recorded at the time actions are taken, even if subsequent batch saving processes encounter issues.
  • IF-1660
Image viewer actions such as Print, Zoom, and Pan are now enabled for batches in all statuses, including Transferred, In Process, Failed, Queued, and Uploading. Editing actions like Rotate, Duplicate, Select & Crop, and Delete remain restricted to in-process batches to preserve data integrity.
