AR New Scanning 24.3.1 Release Notes

Overview of the Release and Scope:  GE Digital Aviation Software performed a release for Asset Records New Web Scanning (ARC) Solution  24.3.1.  This code was released to the production environment on Thursday, July 25h, 2024, at 2 am CT.  This document details the changes made during this release.

  • Copa - Bugs & Issues Reported (Customer Feedback) 
    1. 0 page batches saved due to Refresh screen
    2. Freezing issue when pressing enter/clicking Cancel on complete batch confirmation dialog
    3. Batch not saved on refreshing the browser 

When the user clicks Cancel after clicking the Complete button, system froze and user was having to refresh the page which was causing the system save a zero page batch. This flow has been fixed.



IF-1246

  • Bugs & Fixes 24.3.1
    • Performance improvement for Configurations
    • "Please make sure Dynamsoft is installed and running" error
    • Redirect to setup dialog if there is no client key in localstorage
    • HTTP 400 Error after login with different tenant user 

This cover improvements of performance in Configurations tab and additional fixes related with Dynamsoft loading.

IF-1296
  • Batches saved with no hyperlink and with 0 pages
    • Save 0 page batches after Delete All and click to re-open

When the user creates a new batch, scan some pages and deletes all those pages, system will save the batch as 0 page. 

0 page batches (created on the user's machine) will be clickable so that they can re-open it later and add pages again.
