AR New Scanning 24.4.1.2 Hotfix Release Notes

1. Overview of the Release and Scope: GE Aerospace, Software as a Service is proud to perform a release for Asset Records New Web Scanning (ARC) Solution 24.4.1.2 Hotfix. This code will be released to the production environment on Thursday, November 21st, 2024, at 1 am CT. This document details the changes made during this release.

2. Asset Records Scanner 24.4.1.2 Hotfix Released Items: This section describes the feature functionality that is to be delivered in the release.

IF-1422	Delete Uploading status batch from browser storage	This update addresses the fix for a specific case when the user deletes a batch in Uploading Status, and is in the queue to be processed for uploading images. The batch is not deleted from Browser Storage, causing the queue of Uploading batches to get stuck. We place the fix to remove the user-deleted batch from browser storage queue of batches pending to be Uploaded, so the queue process correctly and all queued batches get properly uploaded, then transferred.
IF-1405	Show domain name with the repository name New Batch view: Monitor view: Get Metadata & Info view:	This feature is an usability enhancement for implementing changes to place a domain name prefix before the repository name separated by a semicolon (:) in order to provide a clear representation of repository list.
IF-1397	Redirection from initial domain to original ARC domain	This feature is for changes to redirect users from the initial system domain (ats.aviationinsights.com/scanner) and setting an automatic redirection to arc.aviationinsights.com when any user hits the retired URL.
IF-1236	New Relic integration for Asset Records Capture	New Relic has been integrated to ARC to which is a web-based software used for application monitoring. It allows you to monitor infrastructure, web browsers and track application performance details in real time.
IF-1413	Audit Trail - Batch Transfer action record	This feature covers the changes for the batch audit to show the logs for Transferred state.
IF-1208	Configuration for retaining field values	This feature is for having a new tenant configuration setting to enable all or nothing, remember previously used values or not while creating a batch.
IF-1424	New Batch Screen - Intermittent User Issues	This fix addresses the resolution to the issues related with new batch creation. When users attempt to create a batch system would have issues with service responses and UI freeze. This has been fixed and new batch screen will be providing a more robust experience following this change.
IF-1423	Bug Fixes & Enhancements	Field labels fix to show the Field Label text instead of the repository database field name when opening a successfully transferred batch. An information text box to indicate "You cannot Retry or Delete Transferring status batches". "You cannot Retry Suspended status batches.
