• Date Field and Format Update in ARC

This feature covers the changes to align the date format used in RMS batch index fields with ARC user interface.

• Audit Trail - ARC Batch Actions Audit Wording Updates

Wording for batch actions will be changed as follows: 

• Batch is being completed -> User Click Complete Batch

• Batch is completed -> Batch is saved and queued for upload 

• "Retry Batch" for failed batches in single actions

  • Scan batch names doubling from both Encapture and ARC
  • ARC saves the batch name in incorrect way when auto-generated name is modified
  • New batch values are Not kept when creating new batches

• Some users intermittently noticed that batch names are doubling when scanning in both Encapture and ARC. This issue has been resolved permanently.
• If the account has been configured to auto generate the batch name using metadata field values, system should generate the name and show it in Batch Name field. Then, if the user changes this generated name manually and click Save or Complete, then the system should be showing the manually changed batch name both in title and field.
• When users creates new batches on after another in the same session then ARC New batch window does not keep the main Repo, Scanner and Scan Mode values, and metadata fields configured to be remembered. This has been fixed to make sure that those values are kept.
