1. Overview of the Release and Scope: GE Aerospace, Software as a Service is proud to perform a release for Asset Records New Web Scanning (ARC) Solution  25.3.1.  This code will be released to the production environment on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, at 1 am CT.  This document details the changes made during this release.

  • Scan to ATS - Basic Functionality






This is a new functionality that will enable the scanning and transferring of documents to ATS repositories. 

Using this functionality, system will transfer the documents into a selected ATS project and checklist in PDF format. Documents will be sent to Working Area in the selected checklist node and will show up with the Batch Name populated in ARC. Also, other batch index values of the selected ATS repository will be populated in the document.

In order to enable an ATS repository in ARC, users will need to ask GE Support to configure the repository for this purpose. After this configuration, ATS repository will be available in Repository dropdown in New Batch view.

This feature is still in beta version and in enhanced development process.

  • PDF Viewer Issue in ARC Help Documents



 
This feature is for covering an issue in viewing the documents in ARC Help section. The issue was related to some user groups which did not have permission to open pdf documents within the system. Fix has been placed to make sure all users are successfully viewing the documents.

  • Bugs & Fixes 25.3.1
    • Duplicated toast messages appeared after clicking complete
    • Enhancement in HTTP logging in request payloads
  • System was occasionally popping multiple toast messages after clicking Complete button. This has been fixed to provide a better experience with info messages.
  • Engineering team made an update and enhancement on system logging capabilities which will help better issue tracking and error handling.
