AR New Scanning 25.4.2 Release Notes

1. Overview of the Release and Scope: GE Aerospace, Software as a Service is proud to perform a release for Asset Records New Web Scanning (ARC) Solution  25.4.2.  This code will be released to the production environment on Thursday, November 18th, 2025, at 12 AM CT.  This document details the changes made during this release.

Bug: Fail Transfer Issues


This feature is for fixing the transfer issues users have been facing occassionally.
Changes within this feature will provide a better performing transfer cycle which is faster and less error prone.

Issue: Batches Getting Stuck in Queued State



This feature is for fixing the queue issues users have been facing occassionally.
With this change, system will be transferring images with no interruptions and latencies. 
This is a technical improvement in system performance by managthe resource consumption of current services.

Dynamsoft New Version Upgrade - Admin Console Changes


This feature is for covering the new Dynamsoft 19.2 version that will add the authentication request to access the Dynamsoft Administration Console. 
This new version is backwards compatible and current users will not be forced to upgrade.

Bug: Big Batches Having "Complete Failed" Issue



This feature is for fixing the complete failure issues users have been facing occassionally.
Changes within this feature will provide a better logging for issues, so it will provide better troubleshooting.
