AR New Scanning 25.4.3 Release Notes

1. Overview of the Release and Scope: GE Aerospace, Software as a Service is proud to perform a release for Asset Records New Web Scanning (ARC) Solution 25.4.3. This code will be released to the production environment on Monday, December 15th, 2025, at 11 PM CT. This document details the changes made during this release.

2. Asset Records Scanner 25.4.3 Released Items: This section describes the feature functionality that is to be delivered in the release.

IF-1559	Option to Edit Transferred Batches	This feature is for enabling the option to edit & modify a transferred batch by duplication. Using this option users will be able to create a duplicate of a transferred batch, make modifications on it and re-transfer as a new batch. Option will be available in single batch actions and batch detail.
IF-1629	Transfer & Retry Transferring issues	This feature is for fixing the transfer issues users have been facing occassionally. With this change, system will not be getting stuck in Transferring state when the batch gets transferred or fails.
IF-1626	Retry of Transfer Failed are not audited on bulk options	This feature is for fixing the issue with Retry button and audit functionality. The system was missing to create an audit record for Retry action using the button.
IF-1615	Show Batch Name as Caption in Audit Trail Window	This feature is for showing the batch name and status as caption when user clicks Show Audit Trail for a batch.
IF-1584	Date filtering issue in Monitor	This feature is for fixing an issue in filtering with Created Date field. When the user filters by date, the system was not retrieving and showing the right data set in some cases due to time zone differences.
IF-1211	Retain Filters in ARC Tables	This feature is for covering the changes to keep filters retained when user navigates from Monitor to batch detail and back by clicking Save & Close or Cancel or Complete
