AR New Scanning 26.1.7 Release Notes

1. Overview of the Release and Scope: GE Aerospace, Software as a Service is proud to perform a release for Asset Records New Web Scanning (ARC) Solution 26.1.7. This code will be released to the production environment on Thursday, April 2nd , 2025, at 2 AM EST. This document details the changes made during this release.

2. Asset Records Scanner 26.1.6 Released Items: This section describes the feature functionality that is to be delivered in the release.

IF-1654	New feature: Low disk space experience updates	Low disk space messaging and flows are updated when attempting key actions (Scan, Add Scan, Save and Close, Complete, Batch duplication). Users now see clear, “Low space” notifications instead of generic system errors, helping them understand why actions fail and what to do next.
IF-1670	New feature: Automatic cleanup of local batch images on manual delete	When a user manually deletes a batch (e.g., Saved, Uploading, Upload Failed, Transfer Failed, Save Failed, Complete Failed), the associated local image files and batch folder are now removed.
IF-1642	Bug fixing: Duplicate & Edit batches naming	Fixed an issue where duplicated batches lost the “- Corrected” suffix when edited (especially when duplication was triggered from the Monitor table action)
IF-1688	Bug fixing: Date picker format for Scan to RMS documents	Resolved a mismatch between the document date picker format and the expected format for Scan to RMS.
