2. Asset Records Scanner 26.2.2 Released Items: This section describes the feature functionality that is to be delivered in the release.
Maintenance - Bug Fix
- IF-1686 Resolved an intermittent issue where the batch name in the metadata section for Duplicate & Edit batches could be overwritten by values stored in local storage. The - Corrected suffix on duplicated batches is now consistently preserved across repositories, systems (RMS and ATS), field naming variants, and lifecycle actions such as scanning, reordering, saving, and completing batches.
- IF-1697 Fixed an issue where users experienced a persistent spinning orange circle on their first login to ARC when using Dynamsoft. The login process now completes as expected and the application loads normally on initial access.
- IF-1699 Addressed multiple ARC defects that were identified and resolved for inclusion in release IF-R-226. These fixes improve overall stability and reliability across several areas of the application.
Maintenance - Feature Enhancement
- IF-1672 Toast notifications now include a close (X) icon so users can dismiss messages that obstruct interactive elements. The vertical placement of toast messages has not yet been adjusted to reduce overlap with primary buttons (Scan, Complete, etc.), but will be available soon on a future release.
- IF-1698 Dynamsoft logging has been disabled to prevent excessive local storage consumption that negatively impacted performance. This change reduces disk usage on client machines and improves overall application responsiveness during scanning operations.
