2. Asset Records Scanner 26.2.6 Released Items: This section describes the feature functionality that is to be delivered in the release.
This release focuses on stability, troubleshooting visibility, export reliability, and batch correction clarity in AR New Scanning.
Enhancements
1. Duplicate and edit batch naming now includes the original Batch ID
Previous naming format: <OriginalBatchName>-Corrected
New naming format: <OriginalBatchName>-Corrected-<OriginalBatchID>
This shows that the corrected batch name now incorporates the unique Batch ID of the original batch in addition to the original batch name.

Reason for this change
- Batch names might be repeated across different batches, but Batch IDs are distinct to each batch.
- Adding the original Batch ID makes it easier to pinpoint the precise original batch from which the corrected batch originated.
2. Better traceability for advanced scan settings
Added traceability logs for advanced settings applied during a scan. This gives admins and operations teams better visibility into which settings were used when troubleshooting scan behavior.
Bugs Resolved
1. Fix for batches stuck during upload
Resolved a scanner leak issue that could leave batches stuck in the Uploading state.
2. Fix for empty Batch Monitor export results
Resolved an issue where exporting to Excel could result in an empty Batch Monitor list.
3. General bug fixes for 26.2.6
Included additional bug fixes identified in production and QA to improve overall reliability.
