  • Hot Fix for Batch Upload user session check. By removing the validation that the same user who created a batch needs to be logged in to resume the Upload process of a Completed batch, all batches, regardless of who creates them, will resume the Uploading process as long as someone is logged in into ARC.

Typical scenario creating the issue is different users logging into the system from the same computer, creating batches (especially large ones), logging out and then other users doing the same one after another. In that case, system is still uploading the previous user’s batches and since it is doing a user-based check for batches, system is failing to complete the previous user’s batches in the current user’s session.

We placed a fix to change this user-based check to computer-based check so the system will be uploading any batch created on that computer at any time in the order of their creation.

This issue is only impacting station users since the user-based check is only applied to station user’s batches. Account admins and host admins will work as is.
