Batch statuses
The Status column shows where a batch is in the process. Depending on the batch and your workflow, you may see these statuses:
Uploading — ARC is uploading the batch.
Upload Failed — The upload did not complete. Retry the batch first. If the problem continues, use the support option available in ARC or contact support.
Queued — The upload is complete and the batch is waiting for transfer.
Transferring — The batch is being transferred to the destination system.
Transferred — The batch transfer finished successfully.
Transfer Failed — The batch did not complete transfer successfully.
If a batch does not reach Transferred, review the progress stepper and available actions to decide what to do next.
Progress stepper
Select a batch status to open the progress stepper. The progress stepper shows each stage of the batch process so you can quickly see what has completed, what is currently happening, and where a problem occurred.
The stepper may show stages such as:
In Process
Uploading
Queued
Transferring
Transferred or Transfer Failed
ARC also shows transfer results in the batch audit trail, making it easier to confirm when a batch was transferred or when transfer failed.
Find and filter batches
You can narrow the list in several ways:
use the filter row under each column
filter by Status, including selecting more than one status
filter by Created Date using an exact date or date range
use the status chips at the top of the page for quick filtering
select Refresh to reload the latest batch information
Retry, recover, or delete
For failed batches, ARC may provide actions such as Retry, Retry Save, Batch Recovery, or Delete.
Use Retry when an upload or transfer needs another attempt.
Use Retry Save for an upload failure when that option is available.
Use Batch Recovery to recover pages from the local scan folder when a batch has upload-related issues.
Use Delete only when the batch is no longer needed.
In newer ARC versions, upload failure messages give clearer guidance and may direct you to retry first before contacting support.
If a batch still does not complete after retry or recovery, create a new batch and rescan the documents if needed.
Export and support
Use Export Excel to download batch data from the Monitor page. Recent updates improved export reliability so the Batch Monitor export returns the expected results more consistently.
If you still need help, open Help in ARC and use Contact Us, or Create a support ticket: https://support.efoqa.com/a/tickets/new.
